When you apply for a strategy call, call or text us, or use the client portal, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and the details you share about your credit situation. During service we may collect credit reports and related documents that you authorise us to obtain on your behalf. Our website also collects standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
How we use it
To review your application, run the pre-screen and strategy calls and provide the services you requested, to prepare and file disputes on your behalf, to communicate with you about your case, to improve our website and services, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
By checking the consent box on our form and providing your phone number, you consent to receive marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, alerts and new product updates, from Phenomenal Solutions LLC at the phone number provided. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example credit-report providers, secure document storage and our customer-relationship software), with the credit bureaus and furnishers as required to process your disputes, with lenders you ask us to introduce you to, and where the law requires it.
Security and retention
Credit reports and documents are stored in access-controlled systems. We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
