Who we are
Phenomenal Solutions LLC ("Phenomenal", "we") provides credit consulting services (a credit repair organization under the Credit Repair Organizations Act) and business funding brokerage: reviewing your credit reports, identifying items that may be inaccurate, unverifiable or outdated, and preparing and submitting disputes to the credit bureaus and furnishers on your behalf. We also introduce clients to third-party lenders and funding programmes. We are based in Illinois and serve clients across the United States.
Your rights under federal law
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file by contacting the credit bureaus directly, at no cost. You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit file from each nationwide bureau. Neither you nor any credit repair organisation has the right to have accurate, current and verifiable information removed from your credit report. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act you have the right to cancel a contract with a credit repair organisation for any reason within three business days from the date you signed it.
No guarantees
Results vary and depend on the specific items in your credit file and the responses of the bureaus and furnishers. We do not guarantee any particular score increase, the removal of any specific item, or any timeline. We are not a lender; any funding is provided by third parties on their own terms, and approval, limits and rates are decided by them.
Fees and cancellation
There is no charge to apply or to take the pre-screen and strategy calls. Fees for ongoing service are quoted in writing before you enrol and are set out in your service agreement, which governs payment terms, cancellation and refunds.
